Daniel responded to me within minutes of the warranty company notifying them. JLS provided a day and time to accommodate my work schedule. The techs - Blake and...Jonathan(?) showed up when they were supposed to, operated professionally, finished their work (on several toilets) in under 45 minutes, no mess, etc. Again, this is EXACTLY how you want a company to treat you. I will certainly call JLS if I have any future issues, and will insist my warranty company do the same.
